CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to make any changes to your booking more than 48 hours before the tour, we would not charge for cancellation.

​

If you would like to change the date of your mezcal experience and advise us at least 24 hours prior to the date initially booked, no fees apply.

​

However, if you request any amendment to your booking or a cancellation within 24 hours of the experience, Puerto Mezcal Tours has the right to retain the initial booking fee.

​

We always try to evaluate and respond on a case by case basis but sometimes we already engaged some costs to organise the experience and would thus have to charge a cancellation fee.

​

As always, the more in advance you can let us know, the better!

You must be above 18+ years old to participate in the tasting.

You must sign a waiver form upon booking.
